It all started when…
A typical management meeting at The Red Flag Group® (one of the world’s largest and oldest independent boutique compliance products and services groups) lead to a dialogue around how clients were grossly unhappy with the current providers and offerings in the ‘compliance hotline’ market. After a quick dialogue, our CEO, Scott Lane, tasked the product team with the following:
“If you can build a disruptive technology solution that does away with the traditional call centre model and can change the industry from being a ‘hotline’ centered one to a feedback and employee/stakeholder engagement focused one, then go ahead and build it’.
After a large amount of work and some ground breaking technology development, The Red Flag Group® launched IntegraCall® in 2018. As a relative newcomer in a monopolistic marketplace, our aim is to simplify the offerings, drive technology as a solution and provide exceptional customer service at a fair price.
