WE DO NOT REVEAL YOUR IDENTITY

Whistleblowers have the option to disclose or report anonymously. If you have elected to make an anonymous report, we never share any identity information with your organisation.

Your profile name. When anonymous, you can register any profile name on the mobile app. If you don’t use your real name, we won’t know who you are.  Even then, while we store your user name, we do not share it with your organisation.

Your device information. It is browser’s native behaviour to track your device information and IP address. But, we do not store these into our database or share them with the case manager.

WE SHARE ESSENTIAL CASE INFORMATION

We share only essential case information, your conversation with Nicole or your answers with your employer.

Your reporting country. Your reporting country. It is for employer to follow up your case according to the country jurisdiction.

Your relationship with the organisation. If you have told us that you are an employee, customer or supplier, we will share your relationship with the organisation.
